Family Session During a Pandemic

For all of my sessions, I will thoroughly sanitize my equipment before each shoot. I will begin each shoot with hand sanitizer. I will also wear my mask during the shoot. Fortunately, sessions are held outdoors, which reduces the risk of exposure. The biggest change for me is to shoot with a wide lens that keeps me farther away. I usually  shoot with a wide lens that keeps me close to the family allowing for easy and direct communication. Using the longer lens, keeps me six feet away from your family. I think I’ll notice this change more than the families! I will ask that families bring their own props to shoots like a blanket.

Communication is key. I promise to keep families informed about my health and the health of my family, and I will reschedule as needed. If you have a fever, cough, stomach bug, or generally feeling unwell, please reschedule. I will be very flexible with rescheduling for everyone’s health and safety. These are unusual times, for sure, but we can adapt to keep the people you love most safe, while photographing the memories you hold dear.
